Melbourne-A city of Rebirth

The desire to be reborn is shared by many in this world , a near-perfect solution would be to visit the city of Melbourne, a city of rebirth if you will. Every nook and corner of the city makes a person realize life better , makes a person wonder how he or she could have missed such amazing experiences in life. Where else could a person find such an exceptional blend of nature, history and technology to please every soul on this planet.

Driving away on the Great Ocean Road is an experience one would cherish for his or her lifetime. It is like riding on a telepathic machine, if that is even possible. A series of changing landscapes from serene sandy beaches to habitats of animals ranging from kangaroos, koalas and several native birds quench all of a person's thirst of nature and its beauty.

Melbourne is an abode of heaven for wine enthusiasts. Yana Valley which can be easily droven from Melbourne is known for its wineries and breweries and is an absolute delight for wine , cidar and beer lovers. A person is sure to be missing a lot in life if he or she has not taken one of those wine tasting trips. Not just wine and beer, the Yana Valley is known for its Yana Vally Chocolate company serving tastiest chocolates a person could lay hands on.

Art and culture  and activites probably make Melbourne the most livable city in the world . The most amazing experience for an adventure enthusiast to fly over the majestic city in a hot air baloon. A hot air balloon ride is in itself the most satisfying experiences a person can have in his or her lifetime. Adding up to the wonder that is the Melbourne city is the presence of numerous cultures and more two hundred languages spoken in the city itself. A colourful city on the cultural front with captivating city life with comely markets and beautiful buldings and unique street arts and so much more that it is hard to pen down all of it.

Summing it up all Melbourne is just the place to be. A city that can make a person's heart rejoice and satiate with wonder. A city of hope and perpetual happiness. A city of rebirth.

  1. My answer to your question
I will visit on Loch Ard Gorge beach - to see the eroded rocks and beautiful view of it, then I will go to take drive through the Great Ocean Road - because I like the drive on seaside road and then visit the members reserve of the legendary Melbourne Cricket Ground - for cricket's information. I would like to see all these places in Melbourne.

  2. Great post! After reading your post & watching all the videos, I'd most like to visit the Dandenong Ranges for it's scenic beauty, breathtaking view and cool breeze blowing through my hair. :P I'd give anything away for driving through the winding roads which are present throughout the ranges. I'd love to stay at one of the bed and breakfast cottages and go on frequent excursions in the forests with my camera which provide excellent views. To add to that, there are also several picnic spots for me and my friends to spend a fun-filled day and the ranges are a perfect spot for hiking and cycling. :D

  3. Hi!
We know beauty never need words but without words it cannot be explained and when you get wordless after seeing it... your mouth still get open wide and WOW comes out. Dear! Your explanation about Melbourne is wonderful and picturesque description. I am a person who always attracted to nature first of any place so I would love to see the Melbourne Nature & Wildlife. The 12 Apostles rock formations is world famous rocks which changes its color in sunrise and sun set. And then I will see the Phillip Island Nature Park where I want to see the animals which I hardly see in India. I never saw Penguins, Koala and other animals.
Driving on a smooth road with natural beauty around you, it always gives you a feeling of heaven on Earth. I would love to drive on Great Ocean Road which is also famous in world to give you a scenic experience and the pleasure of that driving is amazing.

  4. Wonderful post and interesting videos that make me feel that
Melbourne invites the eternal romantic in me to hold hands with my beloved and go see the Twelve Apostles .Go on long drives on the great ocean road. In the middle of nowhere in a vineyard spread a table and enjoy a meal and a glass of wine with my dear one. Enjoy the sunsets holding hands and do lots of shopping at the Queen Victoria Market and see all the graffiti being created at the hosier lane.
Great Post and interesting videos watching them I am sure to visit Sovereign Hill for spending some time in the era gone by. The lure of gold and panning for some nuggets is a temptation that is too much to resist. After I have found the gold I am bound to celebrate it with some wine so I will visit the vineyards and enjoy some great wine from the Yarra region .Visit the Pannys Phillip Island Chocolate Factory and have my fill with this yummy delight.

  5. MCG, the Australian mecca for cricket lovers. I would definitely like to be in Australia when either Indian team or the English team happens to be on tour, the nest time. Will be a memorable experience to watch the rivalry unfold right in front of my eyes, sitting right in the middle of MCG.

Where Vistas of experiences would unfold one after another
The nature lover in me is enticed by the thought of watching the penguin parade.

But before I can move ,Puffing Billy whistles and invites me for a ride. The kid in me jumps with joy at the thought of visiting Pannys Phillip Island Chocolate Factory
Even before I can deside on the list of places that I would like to see in and around Melbourne.
    What’s that noise that I hear ?

'The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It’s the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows and the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years.' - Audrey Hepburn
